Does anyone have any details about the new set from Dave "General de Brigade" Brown which I see are due to be released soon? How do these compare with GdeB? What size actions are they designed for, etc? |

NM, Pickett's Charge is designed for division (+) at the basic game level, up to and including corps actions, depending on how much time one has to commit. They are very different to GdeB in most aspects, though the game turn is similar, as I think the split IGO-UGO mechanism that sees both players involved in each phase, is a good compromise between pure IGO-UGO and simultaneous play. See the Reisswitz Press updates over on the Too Fat Lardies forum and over on the GdeB forum. toofatlardies.co.uk/blog/?p=6201 link Hope that helps, DB |
