I know MHQ has 1/285 Models of the Maus and the E-100. Does anyone have models in that scale or 1:300 of the Landkreuzer L1000 Ratte? Or the The American T-28 super tank? What about the TOG 1 or TOG 2? or the Landkreuzer L1500? Or maybe Russian designs? Thanks! |

GHQ does a very nice T28 in 1/285. |

The T-28 wasn't a tank. It was a Gun Motor Carriage, intended for engaging fortifications. With the British Tortoise, an indication of how much Allied intelligence over-rated the Siegfried Line. |

rmaker, I think egoo was referring to the Soviet version of the T-28, which was indeed a tank. link I think you were referring to a different vehicle. link On this occassion, you are both correct. GHQ does indeed make a nice model of the T-28 Soviet WWII era tank. ghqmodels.com/store/r29.html B |

Bill – How ya been. Haven't seen you around for a while. rmaker, I think egoo was referring to the Soviet version of the T-28, which was indeed a tank. If egoo was referring to the Soviet T-28, he was providing a rather off-topic reply. The original question he responded to said:
Or the The American T-28 super tank? I have to think he was referring to the American vehicle, not only due to his direct response, but also his use of the identifier "T28" (US Army style) vs. the OP question's use of "T-28" (Soviet/Russian style). In any case, yes, GHQ makes lovely models of both. -Mark (aka: Mk 1) |
