I've posted some pictures of part of the intended board for a game I'll be running at Fall In. A search for a lost Russian Prince's treasure that had been hidden in some dining room furniture: link |

Wow. What a great looking game. Are the FT 17s smaller than 25mm? |

What rule set are you going to use? |
bogdanwaz | 12 Sep 2016 8:52 a.m. PST |
Thanks. The Ft-17s are from Trenchworx and are 28mm, I think the FT-17 was just a small tank. I'll be using a modified version Howard Whitehouse's Astounding Tales! |

Nicely done! But let's at least mention Ilf and Petrov who wrote the book. On the FT-17, if you get a chance, look up "The Devil Wears Armor" from the old TV show Bearcats! Can't recommend the show or the episode otherwise, but a Renault 17 stars in the episode and you get the best views this side of a museum. |

Yes, great looking game. That's an mazing collection of terrain and miniatures. I hope there will be an AAR after Fall In. |

Very creative and great display. I will come by during Fall in to have a look. When are you putting on the game? Nice looking Polish troops. Are these from Siberian Studios? I have wanted to order from them, but wondered about doing business with Russia. Thanks By the way, here is a 1:1 scale Renault tank with some soldiers.

Looks great! Can you fill me in on your railroad track? What brand and where you got it? Thanks. LB |

"What a fruity feeling!" Heh. Love that movie. |

Thanks all! The game is scheduled for Saturday afternoon of the convention at 1:00 PM. The Polish troops are a mix, some Brigade Games – Russians in helmets and Harlem Hellfighter figures. Most of the Polish command and machine-gunners are from Siberia. Siberia also produces just Polish heads. I've used added them to some Old Glory WWI German figures. I've ordered twice from Siberia and never had a problem, very good service in fact. The railroad tracks are the plastic ones that came with the cheap Goldlok train sets and the newer plastic train set that Walmart sells for $10. USD For the bases on the tracks, I glued on used gift cards. Then painted the whole thing and glued model railroad ballast to the cards |

Looks great. I'm in. It'll be nice to play a game for once. Who makes the car? |
bogdanwaz | 18 Sep 2016 12:44 p.m. PST |
I picked up that car and a couple of others at a flea market. They are apparently an old line of 1/43 plastic antique cars made in France. They are called Les Tacots de Minialuxe. I don't think the company is still in business but you can actually find some of them online fairly reasonably: link |

I've seen this game described as having "elements of role-playing". Which is like mentioning that a Scotch Bonnet pepper may have "an element of tanginess". I'm in, too. I'll have to brush up my outrageous foreign accents to lend some color to the game. Let's see, Rude Russian, Dashing Polish, Overbearing German, or Upperclass British Twit/Officer? |
