ONE FINAL TIME, its here, the log awaited demo Conflict Chapter for Age of Valor, the expansion module to Age of Eagles II that covers conflict between the Great Powers of Europe from the 1948 Hungarian Revolution thru the Guns of August period of World War I in 1914. Literally if you own Age of Eagles, with this FREE download you have everything you will need to play this conflict, featuring the Battle of Lule Burgas as the sample scenario. All rule changes, data sheets and charts are right here.

And this is also a Final Call to make your voices heard as this demo is the actual template to be used for all the other Conflict Chapters in the Age of Valor expansion module (digital file only, $ 4.00 US @, but once you buy three, the rest are free), to include the Franco-Prussian War, Crimean War and so on. So take one final look, tell me what you like and what you don't like, what works and what doesn't. One of the nifty things about digital pubs is the ability to correct, modify and then send an updated file to all customers.

Last chance folks, so don't miss this opportunity for feedback.

ANNNNNNNNNNNNNND, when I come back from vacation on the 25th of September, our first conflict chapter, on the Franco-Prussian War, goes live for sale for $ 4.00 US.

ANNNNNNNNNNNNNND, in a change, this chapter will include BOTH the Imperial and Republican periods combined into a single package, all for $ 4.00 US digital.

I like it and look forward to the different chapters.

Can I suggest that, when you release the first module, you make available the option of paying the $12 USD (for all modules) up front, so that we only have to do one transaction.

I'm looking forward to the FPW module, as, 16 months into my FPW project, I now have enough stuff to start fighting. I just need the rules.

I'll consider it, but it does make me uncomfortable charging a customer for something that I don't already have in hand to deliver.

I thought that the sample looked great.

Colonel Bill, " but it does make me uncomfortable charging a customer for something that I don't already have in hand to deliver." First: be assured that you are well known for years by lots of people here and elsewhere in the hobby and at least I (I can of course only speak for myself) would be very willing to pay in advance. Second: I (and I assume lots of others) have done so for years: it is called "pre-ordering". So: don't worry ;-))

I agree with Porthos. I'm quite happy to give you my money up front and not have to worry about ordering each module. In any event, if you are going to provide all of the modules to someone who buys three, then there is already an element of pre-ordering in that approach.

Of course the big question is, "Is something like this worth $ 4.00 US for a digital file."

I've already seen one big advantage come to fruition, just as I thought. Here is the feedback so far:

- Put artillery Prolong line in Movement Chart. Done.
- Change Ferik Mukhtar Pasha to Charismatic. Done, across four pages +.
- Add in URL for uber detailed Bulgarian artillery OB site. Done.
- Add in Turkish OBs from Erikson to AOV Online Research Portal for Balkan Wars. Done.
- Upgrade Ottoman 3d Inf (IIRC)label from battalion to regiment. Done.

I should have the new corrected file online today, but if this were a paid product, anybody who purchased it would get a new master file via Email.
