I hate censorship…

Haha, Bill's censorship rules have finally penetrated Hasslefree and got its nudes licked.

It's a coverup. peace

Interesting that Hasslefree got prudish

As a minor note the Artic Princess really ought to stick to a parka

And the last picture of the stone age warrior shows that she lost her leg. That is really sad. She has to use that club for support now.

I think we all can learn from this. Never lean up against a creature with a sharp pecker/beak. 😱

these were not censored by Bill, Armand got these images off the kick-starter site where they were already censored. :)

fantastic response to this KS campaign – nearly £30.00 GBPk and its only started the other day!

Dawn the Stone Age Warrior has both legs. One is just bent back and propped against the dino as she leans on it. That kinda ruins the pose for me…

There's no Dino in the last picture.

I made an order with them in June which never arrived, and they have not responded to any emails since.

Their webpage's recent news items list a long series of minor problems preventing dispatch of their regular orders.

These conditions make me uneasy about a kickstarter at this time.

There's no Dino in the last picture.

Here's a work-in-progress photo, and you can see how her left leg is posed:

The dino is a separate purchase:

I am developing a Lost World scenario for Pulp Alley and would really like to include this figure, but I'd have to put a rock or tree stump or something on the base for her to lean against. Re-sculpting or modifying minis is far from my strong suit. And I understand Kev's concept, which is to reproduce Matt Dixon's artwork, so I have no problem with it. I just probably won't be purchasing Dawn unless she gets both feet on the ground!

I really like Tryke the dino, however: he would make a great addition to a Pulp Alley Lost World League!

As to Hasslefree's reliablility, I can only say that I have ordered from them 3-4 times and have had no problems. Shipping to the States has always been very reasonably priced. And they do have periodic special deals. They do communicate well with people on their email list as to periodic delays in production, almost always due to convention trips. Overall I have no qualms at all about participating in the Kickstarter.
