Really? I can't make out any details of what the figures look like from the picture. |

What is cool is not just the figures per se, but the fact they are being made at all in 1/72 soft plastic. Us fans have been clamouring for years/decades for fantasy figures. And lo and behold… So definitely cool |

Definately cool. The red brick coloured figs on the blue Background does seem a bad idea as far as Advertising goes..but they donīt look that bad as this "preview" of set two (thereīs apparently 2 sets of foot and one of mounted) Shows;

Thanks, now I can see the detail and they are very nice for soft plastic in 1/72 scale. |

Thanks for that. PSR really needs to rethink the "no fantasy" policy. |

I wrote to PSR about running more fantasy stuff. They said they would keep it in consideration, but they were not going to re-visit it anytime soon. Too bad. They would attract a lot more visitors to their site. Not sure why they are so resistant… Fantasy gamers might cross over into historical, but I guess they don't believe so. Cheers! |

Maybe (just guessing) PSR guys either a) don't like fantasy – it's their site, so their rules (sounds like TMP) b) they cannot research accuracy etc of fantasy, so all they could offer would be photos, which are available elsewhere. I don't know the answer. For my personal view, I wish they would, so that PSR is the one stop 1/72 site, but I don't pay to run the site, so not my choice. |

I take your point on "historical" accuracy, but you'll notice they also make assessments on anatomy, poses,sculpting quality,casting,etc,so I think they could offer more than just photographs. If they took Sgt Slag's ideas into consideration,maybe they would change their minds--particularly if they thought they might get monetary contributions from fantasy fans! |
