Light Bobs -- looks interesting. Anyone here on TMP played them? Can the rules accommodate more than one player / command per side? |

Yes, Light Bobs does look interesting. I would also like to know others opinion. |

I've played Light Bobs a couple of time now and recommend them. Each time they gave a good game that felt right. It doesn't take a huge number of figures to play and you can play a game in a relatively short time frame. I liked them. Here's a previous discussion of them: TMP link |

I have read that people who play the game at cons have enjoyed it. Based on that, I bought a copy of the rules. Unfortunately, I found them to be poorly organized and poorly edited. I couldn't force my way through them, so they ended up on the discard pile. Again, unfortunate, because I think there might be some good concepts buried in there somewhere. |

I believe that there are some sample game videos of Light Bobs either on Chris's web site and/or youtube. |

79thPA; the rules make sense once you put some figures on the table and walk through each section. I understand what you are saying about the readability of the rules but they make sense once you read a section then walk through it with figures. |

I played the game at Huzzah and had a great time. I believe there is a second edition of the game that has been edited for clarity. |

Yes, the revised edition of Light Bobs has not only been edited for clarity, but also contains some other revisions. Like so many other rules, there is an initial startup time, and Light Bobs provides a quality gaming experience. |

I didn't know they had been updated. I may have to reorder. |

I haven't read the rules or had a chance to play them. But a friend of mine played them at a game con. He enjoyed the game and the rules worked out pretty good. |
