Looking for a 28mm French Revolution or Napoleonic officer figure like this:

not the hussar look though.

It would be a shame to behead one of these above, but I recall that Victrix had Portuguese cacadores in metal (now made in the USA) with two different officers looking like the body of "Rochambeau." They are not wearing gauntlets, and the sash may need a little more greenstuff, but otherwise look like hussars on foot with the conical shako.

Head from above right, body of cacadore officer. There is one leaning on his sword, standing, and another advancing with sword in raised right arm.

@GdP -- Thanks for the lead. Brigade Games bought the Victrix metal figure lines. The Cacadore Command pack you speak of has a figure that would convert well…with a head swap.

Unfortunately, the pack comes with 8 figures, making the one prohibitively expensive.

I have one of each officer as spares. Which one would you like to have? They are rough-painted as shown in the link, in acrylics, and paint should strip off easily.

No charge to you.

Sene me your address at parisguard (at) gmail (dot) com

Hello, Shogun!

My apologies! My e-mail address is…

parisguard79 (at) gmail (dot) com.

I had another similar – no 79 – when I lived in Paris, TX.

Let me know you address, and which one – or both – officers I might send.
