I have various 28mm napoleonics, I'll never use. Those pained by me are no longer to the standard I want. I also have 4 24 figure French plastic battalions painted by a painting company. The lot is a mix of plastic, metal. Russians, prussians, French and British. Some painted better the same others. Some might have slight bending of bayonets and other stuff. In total there is probably some 250-300 figures. I was thinking oof taking some £100.00 GBP pounds plus shipping for them.

Problem is, shipping is expensive. Who would want such a random lot?

You would be better off stripping the paint from the metal figures and re painting them.

I did that a few times when I just started painting.

Plastics are quite cheap anyway but still worth a try on eBay.

You will get more money if you break them up by nationality.

But then shipping will be much higher % if I sell prussians worh £30.00 GBP and shipping comes to £35.00 GBP ect.

What kind of shipping prices are you talking about? Approximately?

Gunfreak Supporting Member of TMP03 Sep 2016 2:04 p.m. PST

1kg package to Europe £28.00 GBPish rest of the world £30.60 GBP

3kg £31.80 GBP to Europe £39.70 GBP rest of the world.

The price rises £1.80 GBP pr kg to Europe and £4.50 GBP pr kg to rest of the world.
