Gentlemen,
I have just started into 6mm ACW and am aware of the Baccus and Adler manufacturers. Are there any other 6mm ACW manufacturers?

Irregular. Heroics and Ross has what is probably a 5mm line.

Adler and Baccus can be used in the same armies but not on the same stands, They similar in size.

Irregular and H&R can be used together similarly, but not with Adler and Baccus.

I really don't know much about Rapier.

I don't know about their ACW figures, but Rapier Romans fit perfectly with Baccus. Very nice they are too…

You should really go to 10mm, just as easy to paint but much better looking on the table.

Well all scales have their advantages and charms, all a question of preferences and the size of footprint you need.
Like to think 6 mm looks just as good as 10mm on the table with a considerably smaller footprint.

And I should have added figures painted by Mathew Street.
