It was a squaddie joke, it has the same meaning but also refers to "snatch squads" from Northern Ireland tours. |

It's a Piglet, based on the S111 LR, the Snatch is based on the 110 LR. |

Too much information on some of those comments up there!!!! Snatch squads just sound scary….. Maybe this could be a new category of wargaming! Garry says we should keep abreast of this but me being a girlie am not so sure… |

Sorry, snatch squads were the guys who ran into the riot to snatch or capture individuals. They would wear trainers not boots and did not wear helmets or in some case body armour. So snatch rovers have no armour. |
