Hi everyone; I recently watched the South Korean movie, Northern Limit Line, about the 2nd recent battle in the Yellow Sea. Now…of course…I want to put it on the table top. I'm trying to search the WWW for the ships in 1/1250 scale and not having luck. Can anyone help me? I'll be using the Bulldogs Away rules. Thanks Joep |

Don't know of anything offhand. I know they're larger scale, but your best bet is Shapeways, and PT Dockyard, although I know theirs are in a different scale. |

Yea, PT has some in 1/700th scale for NK. I've probably got a few surplus items in 1/1250th, but will need to double-check on what's available. Shoot me an e-mail, if you want a list: rkentjr AT Hotmail (d0t] c o m Regards,

PT Dockyards has both North and South Korean boats in 1/700, that would honestly be your best bet. |

Another recommendation for thr PT Dockayrd 1/700s. I'm working on a set of North and South Korean craft now and, whilst they need a bit of cleaning up they make lovely models |

Hmmm, link doesn't work for me. |

Thanks everyone; Mako11…email sent. The Waterline site has a lot, but I didn't see what I was looking for. If Mako doesn't have the ships, I'll go to PT Dockyard. I know he has the opposing Patrol Boats, but I would also like to get a Corvette or two for the RoK and some fishing trawlers and I don't see that at PT Dockyard, in 1/700. I also looked at Shapeways…but the sites are a bit confusing and I only saw the South Korean PKM. This battle looks like a good scenario to start people out on for Modern Naval Gaming, small craft. Thanks again; Joep |

Joep, Also keep in mind 1/700 is a popular naval model scale, several plastic ships available. You can also get 1/600 aircraft from Oddzial Osmy and Tumbling Dice cheaply as well. |

Thanks CW; Will do on that, good call out. I know I've visited a site called Hobbylink that had a lot of ships, it's where I got my modern subs from….which have yet to get into a fight. Looks like Dave at PT Dockyard will have me covered. Good Gaming; Joep |
