"Naked Boobies- Right Here" Topic

This is a post in support of Tango. These are boobies, and they are very much naked. It's even safe for work.

I post this to protest the silliness of having to post nude warnings on a forum clearly marked NSFW and Nude.

Note that I own not a single nude miniature. It's just not my thing as I game areas where it would be really out of place, but I have no issue with those who feel that it is of interest to them. I have no issue with nudity as art, or miniatures that are nude. Anyone dumb enough to go to a NSFW forum and then complain about the nudity there needs to quit the internet. It's simply not for you.

The by you mentioned sillyness reminds me of the rule (perhaps a century ago) to have a person waving a flag before an automobile was goping to pass (or was it two centuries and a locomotive ? Anyway, something like that). Together with the post by Legion4 telling us that Mutebystander decided to leave shows the nonsensical behaviour that drives away peoples who have said interesting things (and perhaps also people who have not yet said interesting things). Down with all censorship !

Actually I am in favor of whatever form of censorship the owner of a private site wishes to keep his work profitable.
But there should be some rationale behind it. Not total inexplicable randomness.

Why do they have blue feet?

They have blue feet because they are blue footed boobies. If I understand the species' mating behavior correctly, TGerriitsen's photo is totally inappropriate for TMP. Here's what Wikipedia has to say about the blue feet:

The blue-footed booby (Sula nebouxii) is a marine bird native to subtropical and tropical regions of the Pacific Ocean. It is one of six species of the genus Sula—known as boobies. It is easily recognizable by its distinctive bright blue feet, which is a sexually selected trait. Males display their feet in an elaborate mating ritual by lifting their feet up and down while strutting before the female.

Given that, the only thing we can say in Mr. Gerritsen's defense is that he did warn us in the title.

The whole thing is really sort of silly, but I suppose my opinion on NSFW issues doesn't really matter: my employer, USAF, has determined that TMP in its entirety, is inappropriate for a work place, and blocked the site.
