The tube is a bit over 600 pounds, so that would not be too much to handle, but the ammo would be a pain to move. But still a light truck would be a typical pick:

I use either a Steyr, Horches or Mercedes, anything in the Kfz 70 pool

My Soviets have US 3/4 ton trucks from Sgts Mess towing theirs

They had 'mortar carts'……a pair of horses etc. The Wehrmacht never became fully mechanised.

Mostly a little single horse drawn cart, I think Dragon make one in 1/35th. Not sure if anyone does one in a smaller scale

There was a cart for the ammo and a cart for the tube assembly. I've googled and seen anything from a kettenkrad to a halftrack.
