PAK FA doesn't exist beyond prototypes yet.

The Russians have not even finished designing the engines to go into the actual planes yet. They spent the billions that the Indians gave them to co-develop and I don't know where they will find additional funds to complete.

Notice PAK FA video portion just shows two prototypes moving straight in low altitude?
