Back to the cold weather! The Snow Stormers is a series of five vehicles that came out in 2016; all are reissues with new paintjobs.

So Plowed is apparently a truck with snowplow.

2012 Ford Fiesta in three variants, including white with white wheels

Hover Storm is a wheeled hovercraft in light blue/green sparkles, marked as Avalanche Patrol

Ice Shredder is a narrow toboggan-like vehicle with 4 crew

Snow Stormer is a snowmobile-like vehicle, but with 4 mini-track units.

I was at Dollar Tree and spotted both the Ice Shredder and the Hover Storm. I couldn't figure out any use for the Ice Shredder (just too weird), but I did pick up some Hover Storms.

OK, the idea of a hovercar with wheels is a bit silly. And these aren't 'hidden under the vehicle' wheels – these are embedded in the hoverskirt! The hoverskirt also seems quite large for the size of vehicle.

Designed to both race the roads and hover above water, this air-cushioned speeder relies on compressed air for lift. And, with twin turbo props and a mid-mounted engine, it's ready to fly.

There's a giant motor in the back, exhausts out the sides, and two fans in the back (all chrome). There are two air intakes near the middle, and a central 'spine' in front (all black plastic) – the spine is apparently the roof of the cockpit, as it is open to the sides and it looks like there might be a seat beneath it.

The seat is barely visible, so you could easily use this vehicle for a variety of scales. (It's officially listed as 1:64 scale, which would make it 25mm, but it would be a very tight fit for a 25mm figure in that cockpit!)

Vehicle is about 70mm in length.

I'm toying with the idea of using it as a very large troop transport in 6mm, walling in the cockpit, covering the big engine to create more useful space.

I have to agree on the hovercar with wheels, but there is the Bladerunner precedent, so……

Bought some of the little ski mobiles as Scout vehicles for a snow/sand planet. They are neat looking, and have a large propeller at the rear to push them along. Very Sci-Fi looking.
