If you're looking for saurian vehicles, you might consider the Dino Riders line from Hot Wheels.

The vehicles in the line:

Stingrod II*
Double Demon*
Dragon Blaster
Fangster*
T-Rexstroyer

* two variants (paint jobs)

link

They generally have a reptilian theme – a reptile head and dorsal spines and claws. The exception is the Stingrod II, which is a missile-armed car already available in other ranges, with no reptilian features except the paint job.

Except for the Stingrod II, the vehicles do not have typical windshields. This effectively makes them any scale you want them to be.

For example, I picked up the Fangster at Dollar Tree. It's an alligator with four green wheels. There are 'hot rod' engines embedded in its sides. The front cockpit is the alligator skull with chrome eyes and metal fangs (very Gorn!). No obvious weapons. About 75mm long; the eyeball is about 3mm tall.
