I've moved back to a small town, so its solo games for a while. Unpacking I found a Big Bag o Supers (Heroclix, but hey, they were cheap). I can easily do up a modern setting with card buildings, but what rules would work for solo gaming with superheroes? What do you use and why? |

Here you go link For encounters I would use a card driven system. Perhaps one stack for the crime being committed, another the enemy foces and another for where it is happening. |

Someone I know used to do solo battles with the old Villians & Vigilantes RPG system. It's an RPG system rather than a wargaming system, but it still works, and it's a good system. |

Pulp Alley has a solo system attached to the main game. It can very easily be used for supers. |
