SESSION 2: CAMP FIRE SHENANIGANS
That night the group of fellow travelers gathers around a large fire.
Cord had never been a shy man, nor a quiet man. Despite the fact that Ansic is sitting a mere 2ft away, Cord shouts out to him, "Man you are awesome, I love the way you just cut down that pesky goblin. No muss, no fuss just straight out slaughtered him. What you doing here anyway?"
The big man slowly looks over at the younger barbarian, "I've just got to get a retirement fund together. You know buy a villa by the water, do a little fishing." Not wanting to be the centre of attention, Ansic deflects the attention back to Cord with an open question, "what about you Cord."
"Hahaha. Get buff, stay buff, kill monsters and take their stuff. Yeah baby that's what I'm talking about. Man I'm so glad I found you. Too many weaklings out here in the woods. So good to be hanging out with another dude who knows how to slay them."
The guard to Cord asks "So man how did you get so buff."
Ignoring the weakling Cord turns to Ansic and continues his monologue, "The last party I was in, sheesh. Elves, wizards and clerics. I hate elves, I hate wizards and those clerics, well yeah who can ever trust those that put the trust in the gods and they have all their rules, jeez I hate rules. Just want to do whatever I want when I want. Ohh yeah I love hot chicks and I mean love hot chicks. Cord is super down with the ladies…..well they might not all be ladies if you know what I mean."
"Hahaha" chuckles Ansic with a deep resonating voice.
Meanwhile Halee and Karla are looking at her shoulder which is still stinging from the goblin arrow.
"What do you reckon we should do about this" asks Halee.
[DMs note, Karla fails a Heal check]
"Rub a little dirt in it I reckon" suggests Karla.

"Nah I think I'll just spit on it, yeah that'll work" responds Halee.
Odbart is rubbing his right shoulder which is still sore from where he was stabbed by the goblin when Karla walks over and spits on him and starts to rub his wound. He looks up at her with a frown on his face.
"Shoosh, you cry baby" she says, "Halee said this is the best way to fix goblin wounds."
Sitting quietly by himself Roddric is reflecting on the day and thinking to himself "yeah just go to the borderlands they said, have a few laugh, catch up with old friends".
