For Kaiju fans, Alien-Con is holding an event where you can have dinner with the three original Godzilla suit actors – details at link "Join the three original Godzillas Saturday night with an exclusive dinner at a private location. This package also includes an exclusive t-shirt and poster by Matt Frank and an artboard with Haruo Nakajima, Kenpachirô Satsuma, and Tsutomu Kitagawa's signatures. Only 50 seats available." There's a cool pic for it on the Famous Monsters of Filmland Facebook page, but I can't find it anywhere else, so you'll have to go there to see it. Unfortunately I'm on the wrong coast of another country, or I'd be all over the dinner (not sure about the rest of the Con, it seems to be dominated by Ancient Aliens themes). |
