Does anyone remember Texas Miniatures (or something like that)? I think they were a short lived line frm the late '70s or early '80s, and may have been related to Heritage. Does anybody sell them any more, or is there a list of their figures?

They went outta business long ago.

Their figures were the same as the Heritage Line. I actually have a few.

If it's old Heritage figures you are after, look up Michael Thomas at ClassicMiniatures. He has the lines and the IP to go with it.
