Eric has still committed a tutorial that will show you how to turn a barbarian figure into an Iroquois. This transformation shows a lot of tricks to modify a miniature.
(Unfortunally in french)

Not sure I want to try Iroquois conversion. Look where it got Jean de Brebeuf.
