Nicely done.

Is that a head dress the lead Ikwen is wearing?

The mounted ikwen ! So cool

( the bikes and sidecar are also pretty cool)

Thanks all glad you like them.
Personally I like the way the Ikwen turned out .

Yes Eli, that's the Tribal Leader with his feather bonnet.

One word of warning clipping the feet off the base needs a sharp thin bladed clippers as the feet are small ( what do you expect in 15mm ) because they have no boots.
Also care must be taken when bending the legs out to fit the saddle as the metal is of the harder type so can snap easily.File between the thighs with a round file , pin & glue.
NOW YOU CAN & ONLY NOW bend the legs backwards to the desired position.
I did a head swap on 2 Dinos & they can be bent slightly also to have different looking ones.

And Brigade's Riders fit the bill perfectly for my scratchbuilt Bike mounted Peace keepers ( for Judges I have 15mm.co.uk ). Bikes are made from plastic & not so difficult to do. If any need to know how , just ask.

I saw those earlier today.
Excellent work. Highly applauded. Thank you for sharing.
I think the Ikwen really do need cavalry.
And some spear armed guards too.

Thanks DM for the praise :):):) & you're welcome.

Yes they really do need Cavalry especially galloping , charging etc. ( hmmm I see a plan for further conversions hatching ).
And native weaponry off course, I wish some of them had been made with their knives.

Come to think of it they would make great 15mm Kroot also.

I wish cavalry could have been represented better in Gruntz & not just use them as specialists, especially since Dino mounted ones will have secondary attacks also. Perhaps someone can enlighten me.

Thanks
Z

Time and resources providing, there will be future Ikwen.

Those are really nice. I love the cow and bull! Who is to say that they are not actually a highly technical alien species?

zrunelord29 Aug 2016 1:39 p.m. PST

Hopefully sooner than later Eli.

Thanks Tsofian, I plan to make a small herd of them . One of the scenarios that could be done are a stampede & another an Ikwen hunt on Dino back.
