Highly recommend the Tsar and landau. He is a superb casting of Alex I. Wish they would have a go at Prussian or Austrian Emperors or High Command…….and if either appeared with a new Niels R coach of any sort….Wow! Second favourite the French train together with the officer and trumpeter. These folk make really "different" imaginative stuff and must be encouraged. Glad to hear about the Saxon Light Cavalry. Things had gone a bit "quiet" from them |

Got a bit distracted myself! Too many summer holidays and a diversion into carriages in 15/18mm scale. Two more projects underway for Julian Mizzi, then back to TOTS (The One True Scale). Those Saxon Light cavalry were not there on The Big Day, but neither were the Garde du Corps and I could not resist them so……they do look as though they will be superb castings |

Alright many Saxons ordered! Too much temptation. No light cav in view yet so just the arty and inf this time ;) And I agree, Saxon heavy cav and high commands sounds excellent! |

Back to painting Saxon Line infantry, then the guns, then the light infantry, and then the Guard infantry and then the new order will arrive and I'll be back to square one but a happy chappy. Hi Paul, it was a comment on Westfalia's Facebook on the Saxon light cav thread which sounded positive. Someone asked "So Heavy Cavalry n High Command soonish?"
To which the reply from Westfalia was: "haha – Yeah and horse arty and some jaegers and then some bloody hussars" Hopefully so… |
