I am a big fan of Pulp Figures and when I saw they were going to be at GenCon I was excited. I purchased quite a bit from them and they were great and friendly gents! Unfortunately several figure sets were out and I was assured that paying for them up front they would be sent out right away following Gencon. I didn't receive anything all last week so this last Monday I sent an email to them inquiring as to the status…as of today I have heard nothing in return. Is this common for them? I am becoming concerned that I have been lost in the shuffle and don't know where to turn. Has anyone else had issues with their service before? How was it resolved? Thanks for the help…I just want these excellent figs :) |

Hang in there. Considering Gencon was only 2 weeks ago and I would assume Bob has to get back into the swing of things and cast what you need. Additionally, he would need to mail them from Canada into the USA. We don't normally think that will cause any issues but it does add time to parcels coming into the states. If he isn't answering his email yet the possibility is he is still away. Alternatively, try to contact him on Facebook. I haven't seen recent posts there from him so he may indeed be taking a few days off. He did go from Historicon to Gen Con within a 2 week timeframe and probably needed the R&R. |

Don't worry, Bob will get you your stuff. I ordered some out of stock figures from him last year at Historicon. It took a bit but it's not like I didn't have a lead pile. Remember US Customs is very picky about small packages coming from Canada to the US. They think we are trying to import medicine and save a few bucks! I get figures in from England and Europe quicker than from the Great White North, eh! |

Sir Walter: well, that explains why my RAFM order took almost 2 months to reach me. I called them and they said it was a customs issue. Now I get why. All those "pills from Canadian pharmacy" spam emails I get…. BTW: RAFM rocks, lest anyone think I'm complaining. |

"3 guys I never worry about dealing with: Neal at the War Store, Lon at Brigade, and Bob Murch." Just to add a late postscript to agree with those words 100%. Gentlemen and comrades. |

I will also add that I have had great service from Bob – but have had the same issue with US customs having problems with small, heavy packages coming from Canada. So, highly variable time delays are not unusual. |

US Customs think we are all buying Canadian Viagra by the pound. |
