Still 1/48 scale? That's disappointing.

I'm not sure if changing the scale now would be the smartest of moves. In addition to requiring a remastering of all of the old line (that they can recycle bitz of if they keep the scale), it would alienate a lot of old player base. OTOH maybe they could be counted as a loss anyway so maybe that last isn't necessarily a consideration.

BONUS -- some scale comparison shots:

Such an odd complaint. The scale has been the same for years and will never change.

I'd complain about the price, but I don't play the game nor ever will.

Soerta like GW…

I have to agree with *Mardaddy.

These are some amazing models, but OMG $115 USD just for a single model? I thought Horse racing was supposed to be the "Sport of Kings" (super rich)?

It seems like there pricing scale was 'inspired' by GW thats for sure.

That $115 USD is for a single finished model. It's painted, and from the examples I've seen painted quite well for a pre-paint (and I'm usually quite critical of pre-paints).

The pre-primed models (partially assembled with a light single color primer and a stenciled on insignia) are usually about half the price, sometimes even less. Most of those walkers go for about $35 USD-45.

Dust models did go to a model kit format, where it's all on sprue with no priming. However, the prices were about the same as a Pre-Primed kit. They did throw in decals and some sprues of bits however.
