I am planning to host a game involving SAGA Revenants for Halloween and need to paint up about 124 to 130 figures for this faction. I'm looking for more of a decay skin color rather than some zombie green glow look I've seen. Any recommendations for a paint color that I can use? I have an airbrush system setup already, but I don't mind having to purchase a can product already available. Thanks.

Army Painters Warpaints (their dropper bottle acrylics) do Rotting Flesh. My color of choice for zombie flesh.

I believe they do that in their sprays, as well.

Thanks Grignotage -- Rotting Flesh sounds appropriate. Now, off to prepare the miniatures.

You're welcome.

It's a good subtle color. I've used it in camo schemes too. I really like the Warpaints range.

Purples to indicate bruises/blood pooling go really well with the color, too.

For fresh splattered blood I like GW's blood effects paint (Blood for the Bloodgod, I think).

The Norse stories list the undead as being blue skinned so I went light blue for all of mine (great for Frostgrave too)
