I keep thinking the chap on the right, bottom picture, has taken a coughing fit or is choking on a date stone! I thought that was cross trap under his hand when I first saw this.

Perrys will not mind more publicity let's face it and I did beat you to it by a few hours (grin)

All the best!

Nice link Armand. I didn't see the previous one

Never know why other guys get so touchy about a re-post. It's not against the law guys – lighten up

Marc, you missed it because I only posted my message on the Products Forum.

I am trying to be good having been told off before (not unreasonably!)for cross posting to everything that attracts attention. As I result I got ignored….sob……..

It is debatable whether these require "discussion" I would admit. But I did beat Tango and that is a rarity!

von Winterfeldt got my vote as the most helpful contributor to this forum.

He has great skill and encyclopaedic knowledge…..and does respond to any question, however daft!

I enjoy trying to beat you to posting about a new release (the time difference across that Ocean does help). I think 50% of what you post is repetition and totally unnecessary, but 50% is brilliant and stuff I would never have seen.

Compared with the average new book about 1815, that would be an incredible claim!

(Grin)….why do you (smile)? I have wanted to ask for ages. Are you a happy person basically?

I hope they go backwards in years and at last make british for the french revolution

Dust? What is that under his hand?

He's making a good job of blowing on the end of his portfire to encourage a flame I think…it is a sort of Napoleonic….no, forget it. It'll get bleeped out…..

I meant cross strap…not trap BTW!

Also impressed that there are 16 different poses serving these four guns. Usually they get repeated…..and they are all standing where they should be for British artillery!
