is this based on a character from a computer game?

Stunningly beautiful!

What would make it perfect is a clock in her belly.

One cannot fault the skill of he painter or the talent of the sculptor, nevertheless for all the artistry it's a wasted effort. Hooker pumps, ridiculous swords and the rest all give the overall effort a mediocre at best.

My comments precisely, Otto. I admire a lot of the paint jobs as they tend to be well beyond anything I can do. But the subject matter often runs the gamut from absurd to downright creepy.

I think it's pretty damn cool. But I don't pretend to understand the fashion.

not thin enough for an Elf

You have to remember these are elves, so their martial arts are highly evolved to the point of being dance forms. Some have a ceremonial role. This depicts one called Graceful Combat (that is a rough translation, in elvish it is much more poetic and has layered meanings).

No, those aren't ceremonial swords, those are real.

It's the shoes that are ceremonial, although they have a practical use as well.

All Dark Elf practitioners of Graceful Combat are also Witch Elves, and can levitate. An accomplished witch never stands on those shoes, just dances through the air. In fact the shoes are part of training, they impose a painful penalty on any clumsy elf that tries to dance in them -- her ankle twists and she goes sprawling.

This is very Dark Elvish, you see, a dancer should soar perfectly or not at all.
