"…As for what you can expect in the game, it's "everything you'd expect in an Eric Lang game." There's "thug placement" and an economy in the game. Players take on the rolls of the heads of various crime families in the city. You send out your thugs to shake down businesses for money. Money in your hand isn't worth any points. It's only when you "bank" it in your suitcases that it will be scored at the end. Besides shakedowns of the local shops, you can also smuggle goods and do other jobs in order to make more money…"

I can't find out anywhere it says what scale those minis are. They are certainly very nice.

If they follow the trend in miniature boardgaming lately, I imagine they'll be from 28-32mm.
Love the details -- is that an embroidered sweater the butcher is wearing?

CMON Expo 2016 is on youtube, and The Godfather game prototype is shown at about 5:07. Here's a link:

Note that as this is a prototype the minis that they are using are *not* from The Godfather game. They appear to be from some fantasy game. But I assume that the scale will be similar.
