This study focuses on the Dutch infantry, examining how Maurice of Orange-Nassau mobilized patriots and volunteers from across Europe, introduced innovative new training methods and standardised the organisation and payment system of the army to make it more than a match for the occupying Spanish"

The pictures on the cover look like English troops from Matchlock Musketeers They probably are, it's usual for Osprey's first showing of a forthcoming title to use artwork from old books, presumably because the new stuff isn't ready yet. This one's March 2017, according to Amazon. |
