A how-to for a log cabin by 4Ground and a replacement tiled roof.

Very neat. I bought some plastic right angled lengths from the rail shop to do the corners of MDF buildings to hide the joints. Haven't tried it yet, How do you deal with those ?

I was putting the 4Ground ruined semi-detached house together last night. I used Evo-Stick wood glue, as it gives a very strong bond with MDF, but also a window of 'play time' to correct things.

@Norm

This kit doesn't have the distinctive MDF corners but I do have others which do. Watch out for my 'secret' project which will show one way of dealing with them.

Wood glues are usually a variety of PVA glue. They vary in content so give a variable bond as well as variable 'play time'. I rarely use a PVA glue for construction but I do use it, sometime watered down, for applying scenic effects.
