I thought that I read some where that American Bazooka teams fired as carbine. Anyone know where that is ?

That really shouldn't be the case, as Bazookas are infantry teams and shouldn't have an alternate mode of fire. It is gun teams which can choose to fire as rifles.

But since the Bazooka has an 8" range and RoF 1, it's not so different from a Carbine. It just doesn't get the Automatic Rifles rule.
