Looking for help on the following. Who makes (15mm) Napoleonic civilians? I'm looking for peasants, townsmen, nice ladies, ladies of ill-reputation, fleeing people, peopl who might be willing to give up some information to the Hussars, and the like. Spys, winsome lasses willing to dally with a colonel (who really should be pushing on to where he was supposed to try to get to) and townsmen offering free gin and wine to entering troops are also in the mix.

You're going to end up choosing multiple companies and buying lots of packs to pull this off. Blue Moon does some figures that could work. Old West may be as close as you're going to get in some cases. Old Glory has an ACW bag (maybe someone remembers which bag, but I believe it is one of the packs of generals) that does have civilians where there are a couple of women in long dresses and a couple of men in suitable clothes. As for prostitutes, Battle Front's Flames of War boxed set of civilians has such figures. Most of the set wouldn't work, but some will. I've slowly been gathering figures over some years from here and there to fill a town. It is a gap no single company has managed to fill as of yet.

Thanks for the information. I've been looking over the internet catalogues and was thinking that either somebody had cornered the market, or that it was what you said. Sigh….. Maybe I could use the Peter Pig Scotts as,,

Although they are not labelled as Napoleonic, here are two sources that would work well:
-Peter Pig has a pack of women in the Pirates range
-QRF has a pack of camp followers in the ECW range, which includes children
