Yes,Foundry did a Harpo,I have one somewhere--waving a bottle,I think?

Hope and Crosby are indeed Pulp figures,from PSS-04 in the Savage Seas section.

There's also a femme fatale,which could be used for Veronica Lake,in another pack,PGJ-12,although she's a bit lantern-jawed,as are some of the other females from older packs,to my eyes.
Lots of figures in the Gangland Justice catalog section could work for any number of 30s and 40s studio stock players, of course.

Rafm have a number of Hollywood stars and other celebrities in their Modern Day Heroes line, including the Bride from Kill Bill, Don Cherry, Michael Douglas' character from Falling Down, Matthew McConnaghy's character from Reign of Fire, Jack Burton from Big Trouble in Little China:

Artizan Designs has Indiana Jones, the main characters from Casablanca (Sam and Rene, at least), a few of the 'Allo, "allo gang, among others.

Crooked Dice has a selection of figures, mostly based on British TV rather than Hollywood. Several iterations of the Doctor, plus at least one James Bond and a few Bond villians (Hugo Drax and Blofeld, plus Anya Amasova), the Ghostbusters, Blake's Seven, The Prisoner, Mork from Ork, the Avengers and probably more that I didn't recognise.

GW's Lord of the Rings early sets were spot on accurate for the star figures.
