That is awesome! Can you tell me what you are using for your khaki color. I have always wanted to do this period but can't pin down what khaki color works best.

Beautiful figures. However, the British were still in red coats, dark blue trousers and not yet in putees in 1877-81 period, right? My sources are all Osprey volumes on this, so maybe they don't have it correct.

DWilliams, British Infantry were definitely wearing khaki with puttees in India in the 1870s. If you extend your Osprey collection to include "North West Frontier 1837-1947", you will see some colour plates for 1879.
