Just a note to let you know that the sculpting has finished on the first two sets of Early Imperial Roman Legionaries, Marching/advancing and attacking. They off to the layup guys to sort the mould and split lines and then off to the tool room for cutting.

We would hope these will be out for Christmas but they may slip[ into early 2017 depending on how quick the tool room can turn them around. They are packed with detail so need a lot of cutting time.

The first set is a Marching/Advancing set of Romans for those who like a more traditional feel to their legionaries, with a regimented appearance. You also get Praetorian shields and crest in this set.

The second set is a more dynamic feel with lots of attacking poses and some nice extras like severed heads and flaming torches to add some individuality.

Both sets contain Imperial Gallic helmets with and without the added reinforcement they added during the Dacian campaigns.

Of course you can still mix both sets together for even more pose variety.

Next up for sculpting we are starting work on the long awaited Greek/Macedonian cavalry, Elephant and then back on to Roman Auxiliaries.
