The newly created military units are being equipped with "Raptor" boats which can be used during the storm and develop speed up to 80 km/h. True, mate. However, SF seem to be moderately immune from budget cuts in most countries. So was that capability cut in the first place. or is it just a "friendly reminder" from Uncle Vlad/ Or, possibly, BS- "Make them believe we have this capability now"- similar to Kim Jong Un's style. |
