What makes these figures "later?" I want to use them for my 1000 AD Andalusian army. Looking at their helmets, I feel like they are early enough for my purposes. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

The source is late – a 15th-century fresco, I think. The crossbow has a stirrup, which is definitely post-1000. The helmet you could probably get away with.
