What would a County of Edessa army look like? A bog standard Early Crusader army with a few Armenians thrown into the mix? |

Maybe more of a Frankish flavor, at least initially? Lots of dependence on fortifications? |

Quite the opposite: a few Franks leading a predominantly Armenian army. Many were spearmen. Most of their land was mountainous. I imagine that the lowlanders were more cavalry. Think rustic Byzantines…. |
