Cool! Wonder how much one of those costs? With a small, inexpensive solar powered fan, I might have found my new vacation recreational vehicle. Just need to mount a small gondola beneath it, and a rack for my sea kayak and diving gear. Have blimp, will travel. |

Aerostats are tethered to the ground, they're glorified old-school observation balloons. And I'm somehow getting the mental image of cities covered in barrage balloons every time I see aerostats. |
