Any chance I had of being excited about this went out the window when I saw the Wonder Woman Movie Trailer which is geometrically better. Let's see, more boring origin stories and witty banter vs an Amazon Cavalry Charge, biplanes, WWI, and a sword wielding hottie. |

This movie will also have that sword wielding lady. Though while both the Flash and Aquaman should be blonde I can see why they went with Dark hair for Aquaman. |

He was never a founding member (or a member for long if at all) so he shouldn't be there. Green Lantern SHOULD be instead of Cyborg, though. |

Ah nazrat, the youngsters wouldn't accept Hal Jordan and Cyborg does look cool. Of course, given the re-re-re-re-re-reboots teh JLA has gone through this Julius Schwartz's day, we should be glad we're getting this lot. |

Narratio why wouldn't the youngsters accept Hal Jordan? It wasn't hard for people(both young and old)to accept the Avengers eventhough not all of the founding members are there. If you recall the founding members of the Avengers were: Iron Man
Thor
Hulk
Ant Man/Giant Man
The Wasp For whatever reason they didn't include Ant Man or the Wasp but Iron Man.Thor and Hulk and still pretty cool. Adding Captain America was very good although he wasn't a founding member of the Avengers but overtime he became the leader of the group. But Marvel decided to go with those 4 for the big screen to get more bang for the buck so to speak. And I think Green Lantern deserves another chance. And another thing what about Martian Manhunter? |

From what I have read the Green Lantern movie flopped so hard and is generally considered so awful (although I did kind of like it) that DC thinks Hal Jordan is ruined for the present viewing public. Hopefully they will get past this because he definitely belongs in the League. I dearly wish they would dump the dark and gritty tone they've forced onto their movies. It doesn't fit the material (except for Bats) and keeps me from being much of a fan of the films. It all boils down to they're just no fun. |
