Although the Crusader line is extensive, the Saracen is not. Can anyone suggest other sets that could be used? For example can I use Huns as Seljuk Turkish Horse Archers? Its 6mm and I'm not that crazy picky but I need something close. There are alot of dark age and barbarian sets that look tempting. Any advice? Thanks

Maybe have a look at some of the colonial natives (Mahdists, Pathans etc.); the ones without firearms, naturally.

I used to use them. Some Mahdists, some Numidians (as Quaraghulam LC), some Vikings (Tabardariyyah), and some Achaemenid horse archers and mounted javelinmen found their way into my Ayyubid army, as did quite a lot of Irregular Miniatures figures. The result looked acceptable, though I certainly prefer the 10mm I use these days.
By the way, Heroics and Ros do very attractive Byzantines too.
