So I was reading this; link by "excavate" do they mean raise (which the article seems to imply)? I'm assuming not but still quite interesting. |

For $2 USD Million it is almost certainly not raise… That would require a long-term conservation with costs at least 10x that. |

No, effectively it's an underwater archaeological dig – artefact recovery and possibly some timbers, possibly followed by burying it for better protection from currents, but not wreck recovery. |
