I am looking for suitable figures (28mm) to man my Gallows, my Guillotine and my Trebuchet.

Code 25/36 a possibility? Note they call it a 28mm range but list figures as 25mm…

Use plastics to make your own. Depending on era, use Perry, Fireforge, Gripping Beast, Conquest….
