Can anyone point me to a good, detailed map of the Battle of Ostrolenka / Ostroleka link please? |

Pick up Arnold's "Napoleon's Triumph." Should do the trick. |

I'm happy to pick up the book, but are you saying it is in there or that you think it will be in there? |

hmm if it is the same area as the 1830 battle, there is a game map for the 1830 battle in the files section of the Yahoo Group for Bloody Big Battles. Look at the Russo-Polish War folder. |

Whirlwind Just checked out Napoleon's Triumph by James Arnold. The first chapter in the book covers the battle and the chapter contains two maps showing troop positions. At the back there is a larger two page map showing the area but with no troop positions. Appendix IV contains the OOB for both sides. |

jeffryw3 No, honestly, not a case of 'little faith'. Just expanding on your excellent heads up. |
