Yes, that is perfect for the little Haflings. Well done, Kawe. I hope the Hafling KS production is nearing the shipping phase. I'm anxious to get the Haflings on the game table. |

These look great…but I'm getting a little concerned about their Kickstarters. They've been "close to shipping" their KS halfling range since like March. And now they're starting another Kickstarter for the hobbit holes? And there's yet ANOTHER KS starting for a "Northern Mercenary" range? Their halfling Kickstarter was funded in January of 2016, thats over eight months ago. I was going to support this KS early on because I really love their halfing range – but a year later and their actual Website for Westfalia miniatures has practically nothing available for sale and if I understand correctly, they not yet shipped any halfling miniatures to KS supporters? So they've got THREE Kickstarters going for pledges and yet after more than a year of existence have not shipped a single miniature to anyone? Hope I'm wrong, but I'm being cautiously pessimistic about this one. I don't want to buy an of their halflings until I can actually buy real stock from their website. |

Thank you all, Baranovich – "So they've got THREE Kickstarters going for pledges and yet after more than a year of existence have not shipped a single miniature to anyone?" We got 3 previous KS's and the people were very happy with what they got. Not a single complaint, no delay, no issues at all! This is our first KS that is falling behind – and not by a year but currently by 4 months (was due March 16). Believe me – I am less than happy about the delay of this KS. But we have a long record of getting things done, and we play fair. That's at least what I like to think. I think being careful with companies on KS is justified, but you seem to get a couple of facts wrong. :--) |

Kawe, thanks for the input. I, for one, am unconcerned with the Halfling KS, and am full of confidence that when the little guys are ready, you'll ship them out. I have always found that you do indeed play fair. I am awaiting production from another KS, too, so patience is a virtue, particularly since so many things can cause delays before finally shipping pledges out. |
