Has anybody recently had problems in contacting or getting replies to emails from GMB Designs? For the last month I have been trying to get a reply to a query I have and have tried calling them and sending them emails, without success. Any information on this company would be helpful |

Replies? GMB replies? That hasn't been my experience. Every time I ask when the ACW Hardee battle flags will be available, it's met with stony silence. Nice to know how they feel about their customers, eh? |

Hmmm, unsure what may be causing recent issues. I have not communicated with Grahame lately, but he always responded in a timely and friendly manner. Summer can be a busy season with family and business other than GMB Designs, so don't despair, try contacting him again. |

I thought this at first, but if a dealer is away, wouldn't it be good practice to put a notice on your website to let customers know this I would be interested to find out if other customers are having the same problems at the moment. There is no way I'm going to place an order with him if I can't get a simple reply to an email or a phone call. |

I put a small order through to Grahame at GMB on June and touched base a couple of weeks later via email to confirm the status of my order. Grahame replied within an hour of my email and assured me my order had been despatched. sure enough it arrived several days later. The flags were as usual 1st class! Grahame mentioned he had been the victim of a burglary and that some essential business equipment had been stolen. I wouldn't worry to much as I have always found Grahame to be terrific to deal with. In so far as not answering questions regarding future product, I think he is just far too busy. Don't forget, questions and emails take away from valuable production time! |

I've always had excellent response from GMB to both orders and questions about products. I've been ordering from him for several years. Most recently, I just placed an order two weeks ago that I received (here in the US) in under a week. GMB has never given cause for concern or complaint, at least for me. Best, Ed M |

I normally just send the order in to GMB and they arrive within 10 days here in Canada. |

Well guys, you were right. My order from GMB arrived today, only 5 days from when I sent the order. Now I'm a happy bunny, I can finish of my III Corps regiments at Gettysburg now. |
