I have some old WOTR figures that were made by Peter Pig, an earlier generation than the line available now. At one time I ran across a website that was selling new casts of the ex-Peter Pigs scuplts. I need to find this website again, but I cannot remember the name.

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks!

So you want people to help you find pirated figures? That's a no-no around here, dude.

Are you thinking of the Arthurian figures in Peter Pigs Fantasy Range which they still make ? peterpig.co.uk/fantasy.html

I have no reason to believe they are pirated. I assume the molds were sold since they are discontinued from PPs line. Much like some of the ex-PP Sci Fi.

I don't think I gave anyone any reason to assume bad faith on my part.

I believe you are referring to the Italian wars range which was sold off.

Yeah, sounds like the Italian Wars range which was mid-15th century or there abouts. I liked the range, they had the rude soldiers too which added some character to the he range.

That's the one.

I did some digging, apparently Moonfleet miniatures acquired the Italian Wars range, when you go their website, it redirects to Black Cat Bases. I couldn't find them on the sight. I may have to email them and see if they still have them.

Please post what you find out. I think I MAY have some of these, and if they are indeed from that range then I would love to get some more. I acquired them second-hand so do not know.

Em, it seems obvious, but have you asked Martin at Peter Pig where they went?

I emailed Black Cat, I will also follow up with Martin over at Peter Pig. I really liked the range as well, although I only recall two figures specifically: a really nice sculpt of a crossbowmen pulling back the string (very similar to a plate in the Osprey on Italians 1300-1500) and a gentleman pulling his pants down to moon the enemy….

As per Black Cat, they have all of Moonfleet's ranges to include Peter Pig's Italian Wars range. They said it will take time to roll out all of their ranges so it may be up to a year before everything is available for purchase again.
