It looks like I'll be ordering some of Gaming Models tanks. They are the only 15mm manufacturer that I've found for a couple of essential tanks for Girls und Panzer tankery teams — the Type 3 Chi-Nu and the BT-42.

I'm still shopping for some other GuP tanks, and hope folks who are familiar with Gaming Models can comment on how these compare to PSC / Battlefront / other likely contenders:

For Oarai:
* Hetzer?
* Tiger P?
(* Type 89 I-Go, is Quality Casting the only single model available, looks like BF only offers a platoon pack?)

For Chihatan (from Der Film):
* Type 97 Chi-Ha Shinato
* Type 97 Chi-Ha
* Type 95 Ha-Go

A word of caution. I've painted a number of Gaming Models vehicles for a friend. They are very nice, and quite inexpensive, but VERY fragile.

That's good to know, thanks.

The BT-42 at least is available from FOW.

Ooh, also good to know that's coming.

Only really fragile bit on gamodls are guns, but those ARE very fragile. Be prepared to replace broken ones – metal or wood rods should do the trick

I found them to be a bit larger in size than some of the metal mfgs. But these were Brit. Mk VI and some of the french vehicles for france 1940 games. Can't comment on the specific ones mentioned.

The BT-42 was also just added to the Old Glory/Command Decision line.
